This is what I love to see. When someone gets it right. Absolutely! (Hi, Mom!) In this article you’ll read about the enormous benefits of running. I have seen it for decades. People I know who get and keep the weight off with nothing else but running. It works and it works well. No respecter of persons. If you do it, you lose it.

You get fresh air, entertainment wherever you go, and happy, happy little endorphins slapping that grin on your face. Believe me, it’s worth it.
But, you don’t have to believe me. What do you have to lose if you try? Weight! What do you have to gain if you try? A happier life! So, run for weight loss. Just remember to bundle up warmly in layers in the cold so that you can open up when you get hot. Yes! You will get hot in the cold. Sweating is very good for you. And that’s another blog post!
