I totally disagree. The body already knows what when where how and why for eating to pursue its health. Don&#8217;t program it. LISTEN!! Listen to your body!!<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/zHyqBfzWkYg\" width=\"420\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>It would be great if people began to understand that we can and MUST interrelate with the body to have the best health program for each individual. Every body is different from every other body. Each body is alive and will let you know what is ailing it, what it needs at the moment, what is wrong with it and when it needs to eat. Humans take over that integral part of health and think we have to program every part of our existence. Learn to listen to your body and eat what and when it says.<\/p>\n<p>Listen to Your Body! Don&#8217;t program it. It will fail every time! Why is the word &#8216;die&#8217; in the word diet? Diets lead to death! If you don&#8217;t listen to your body and give it what it needs, death results. Perhaps not the final death, but a walking death. That&#8217;s not healthy!<\/p>\n<p>We all recognize when we&#8217;re hungry. Don&#8217;t stop listening after your body lets you know you&#8217;re hungry and need to eat. If you really listen further, you&#8217;ll know what to eat and how much. You CANNOT overeat if you are listening to the Appestat.<\/p>\n<p>Take the Body Challenge. Really begin to listen to what your body is saying to you &#8211; about anything.
